Excellerator Professional PVC Speed Rope
The fastest rope in the world? Vinyl PVC 6mm diam rope and ball bearing ends for a low friction very fast workout.
Excellerator skipping ropes are all equiped with ergonomic handles mounted on ball bearings, allowing increased speed with more comfort during training. In addition, the handles can be weighted by an extra 154 grams (purchase separately) in order to develop extra strength in arms and wrists.
Note well, the rope comes in two configurations:
Colour: Blue Lenght: 2.55 m / 8.37 ft
Colour: Red Lenght: 2.85 m / 9.35 ft
If you are 1.75 m or less in height the blue 2.55 m rope is recommended.
If you are above 1.75 m in height the 2.85 m rope is recommended.
